Dear Icon,
I am writing you this letter for two reasons. First, for having taught me the difference between hiring Icon Construction versus any other concrete contractor in town, you showed me That cost per square foot is very, very little when you need it done right, on time and with minimal disruption to our property.
Second, I am writing you in the hope that you use us as a reference and allow me the opportunity to explain in greater detail the true difference hiring Icon will make in the construction of your home.

I was surprised to find that they had replaced the brick pavers that had to be moved to make room for the driveway.
They also did some cosmetic repairs on the face of the foundation you poured last year for me.
Jon noticed that the foundation did not look as good as it should and recoated it without me asking him to do it.
They should be commended for an outstanding job and you can be proud for the way they represented your company.

Dear Icon:
As you know, this was my first experience to build a foundation. Your team was wonderful. They were patient, supportive and knowledgeable. There were many challenges beyond working with my inexperience, such as the many mistakes in the engineer’s specifications, yet they graciously addressed the issues to a positive conclusion.
Also, I was extremely impressed with your crew’s work ethics. They worked long, hard hours, many times in very awkward positions. Their efficiency when the concrete was poured looked like a dance. All the while, they were very cheerful and pleasant. The engineer was impressed with their work as were other participants in the project.
I found Jeremy, Lupe and Jon to be exceptional. My experience with Jon profiles him to be a very smart man. Often, men in the labor field are not credited with being intelligent. I think Jon is very intelligent as he was able to communicate with me very well and capable of “thinking ahead” of issues. All the while, he was very cordial and agreeable to work with.
Brian, thank you for sharing your exceptional team with me, for helping me to learn more about building and for delivering a quality product.
